Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of My X Automator (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service helps you prepare, schedule and publish content to an X account you authorize. It may also provide engagement-based automation features that you configure. Features depend on X API access and may change or stop if X changes its services, permissions, limits or policies.

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and use only X accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You must follow applicable laws and X’s rules, developer terms and automation policies. You may not use the Service for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful content, unauthorized data collection, platform manipulation or unsolicited bulk messaging. You are responsible for your posts, links, campaigns, recipients and disclosures.

The Service relies on third parties including X and Supabase. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control their availability, decisions, pricing or account restrictions, and we cannot guarantee that X will publish or deliver any particular post or message.

Features and usage limits may differ by plan. Any paid plan, price, renewal rule or refund term will be shown before purchase. Charges from X or other services are separate unless explicitly stated. Plan labels shown during testing do not create a paid subscription.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Scheduled actions can fail because of expired authorization, API limits, platform outages, rejected media or other conditions. You should review important scheduled content and failure notices. We may update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or threatens the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion using the contact below.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed results. You remain responsible for reviewing automated actions and maintaining backups of important content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
